The counseling program at Catholic Charities offers the services of trained professional, masters-level counselors to enable children and/or adults, individuals, couples, and families to move forward in achieving goals which promote more effective, responsible, and satisfying lives. The counseling staff are trained in various modalities with focus on brief client-centered outcome-focused treatment. Counseling services include: Marriage Counseling, Family Counseling, Individual Counseling, School Counseling, and various other services. Grief Counseling and Crisis Intervention is provided for the schools when the need arises. Staff is available to conduct a workshop or present on a topic for a parish or a community group as the need arises.
The counselors have areas of particular interest or expertise which give clients availability to quality professional assistance in a wide range of problem areas. The downtown location makes the Agency easily accessible to the Tri-State. Catholic Charities' faith-based services combined with affordability professionalism, accessibility and spiritual dimensions offer hope to those in need.

Family services and counseling by a licensed social worker in Spanish
language are also available. As an agency, we are prepared to
receive Spanish speaking clients, as all of our counseling forms are
available in Spanish. Additionally, in the case of needing a home
study for adoption placement, this service would also be available.

No one will be denied services because of an inability to pay. Fees are discussed and set during the first session and are based on the cost of service adjusted to an individual's or family's size and financial situation.
